Tom founded Boiling Springs Group, Inc. in 1986. Tom’s depth of knowledge and years of industry experience cover all aspects of design and construction. He has extensive experience with corporate, industrial, educational, municipal and residential projects. Tom believes in a hands-on, whole-project approach combined with in technical expertise and environmental awareness in all aspects of design and construction.

Andrew is a Construction Manager and Estimator: With expertise in both finance and construction. Andrew’s dual perspective makes him uniquely qualified to link the architect and the contractor while managing projects. Since joining the firm in 1996, Andrew’s extensive knowledge and expertise help make our clients’ projects worry free.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Mark is a Construction Manager and Estimator: With years experience in all areas of building, facility and project management, Mark’s expertise includes contract negotiation, administration and maintaining projects on budget and on schedule. He has been with our firm since 2004.
GREG SHERRY

CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST
Greg is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Building Inspector, Building Sub-code Official and Fire Inspector. With years of experience in construction administration, Greg performs a number of roles including specification writer, owner’s on-site representative, draftsman, construction contract administrator, barrier-free compliance reviewer and construction inspector. He has been a member of our team since 1993.
JASON PEIST

GRAPHIC RENDERER
Jason is a draftsman, graphic designer, and renderer with expertise in Photoshop, 3d AutoCAD, Revit, and Studio Max. His work for our company earned him the title AIA NJ Intern Architect of the Year. Jason has completed his Internship Development program after working for our company since 2006 and will begin taking the Architectural Registration Exam to become a licensed architect.
JEFF ULLRICH

CONTROLLER
Jeff has been the Controller of the firm since 1998 and is responsible for all business and operating procedures, specifically expenditures, budgets, and accounts payable. Jeff also analyzes organizational structures and responsibilities, business and operating procedures and client/project procedures to maximize operating efficiencies.
